Gathering Advice: Happening in July at the Museum Centre Square, Bottrop
Prepare for an engaging and immersive month at Bottrop's Quadrat Museum Center, as they unveil a diverse programme filled with art, history, and creative experiences. The highlight of the month is the much-anticipated "Hear Color!" multisensory event, which invites visitors to explore the relationship between colours and other sensory perceptions in innovative ways.

The "Color Everywhere" exhibition, a collaboration with Christina Bulst, will be available from the beginning of July. This exhibition offers a unique exploration of colour through various interactive installations, workshops, and guided tours.
On Saturday, 26th July, at 11:30-12:30, a Curator Tour - Color Everywhere is being held, with Julius Osman providing an overview of the current special exhibition. The tour has a contribution of 3 Euro plus admission, with a maximum of 20 participants. Registration is by 21st July.

For those seeking a creative experience, a Family Workshop is being held on Sunday, 20th July, from 14:30-16:30. Participants will create their own small color spaces. On Friday, 18th July, there is a One-day Holiday Workshop for Children aged 6-10, exploring the Ice Age animal, the mammoth. The workshop takes place from 11:15 AM to 14:15 PM, with a contribution of 10 Euro and a maximum of 15 participants. Registration is by 15th July.
On Thursday, 24th July, at 17:30-18:00, an Evening of History is being held, where participants will explore how humans have evolved and adapted over millions of years with Dr. Charalampos Kevrekidis. The event has a contribution of 2 Euro, with a maximum of 20 participants.
On Sunday, 27th July, from 14:00-15:00, a Public Tour - Nature Experience: Flora and Fauna in Bottrop City Garden is being held. This tour focuses on the flora and fauna in Bottrop City Garden, with a contribution of 3 Euro and a maximum of 20 participants.
Lastly, on Wednesday, July 16th, from 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM, a Babies in the Museum event is being held, allowing parents with children under one year old to engage in conversation and creative activities with the collections and exhibitions of Quadrat Museum Center.
