Gas Suspended at Krasnodar Building After Residents' Refusal for Maintenance
Gas supply to a multi-story building in Krasnodar has been temporarily suspended due to safety concerns. The building, located at Severnaya Street, 288, is considered a danger after gas leaks and other violations were discovered.

According to decree No. 410, gas equipment maintenance is mandatory and must be carried out at least once a year. Despite notifications, many residents ignored this requirement, leading to the current situation.
Specialists were only able to enter 11 out of 64 apartments for maintenance. The first entrance they gained access to revealed a gas leak and other serious violations. The building's gas supply will only be restored after all necessary maintenance is carried out.
The gas suspension at Severnaya Street, 288 is a reminder of the importance of regular maintenance and cooperation with gas workers. Residents are urged to allow access for maintenance to ensure the safety of the entire building and to prevent future emergencies.
