Fresh outdoor space unveiled in Astana
Fancy, Friendly Update:
Hey there! It's all about the fresh new courtyard area that just popped up in the lively "Baykonyr" district of the capital city. This delightful space boasts some prime locations, namely on Ualihanov Street, 1 and Rakhimov Street, 22.
On Defender of the Fatherland Day, the community threw a grand courtyard celebration, complete with animators and thrilling entertainment for both kids and adults. Yum! You could practically smell the aroma of plov cooking by the men, and baursaki frying by the women. The perfect get-together!
A resident was quoted saying, "We're thrilled and totally grateful! We've been eagerly anticipating this courtyard revamp for quite some time, and now it's like a dream come true - everything's sparkling new, well-kept, and modern. This beautification wasn't funded through the standard public budget allocation, but rather part of a planned modernization. We've lived here for donkey's years, and three years ago, we set up an OSI. Since then, we've aimed to keep the building tidy and look after the residents. It's home to 136 apartments, with roughly 600 people residing here, and there are 10 non-residential premises. Thus, this comfortably refreshed courtyard plays a huge role in maintaining our communal living area," stated Nurlasu Akshimova, the chairperson of the KSK of the "Daniar" JK.
So, cheers to the new courtyard! Now everyone can enjoy a cozy sit on a bench for a good heart-to-heart, and the kidlets have a fabulous new playground and football field to keep them active during their summer break. Oh, and it's not just any regular day - it's also Defender of the Fatherland Day and the 80th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. Congratulations on these special moments, and wishing good health, prosperity, and blue skies! Bolat Kulikov, an admired honorary railway worker and resident of the building, offered these warm sentiments.

Now, let's dive deeper into courtyard renovation projects, shall we? Generally, such projects receive funding from local government budgets, private developers, or community organizations. In certain situations, grants, public-private partnerships, or donations might also contribute to the funds.
Regarding the maintenance of these courtyards, a regular upkeep plan typically includes tasks such as lawn maintenance, trash management, facility repairs, and security. This means frequent care for the grass, regular waste collection and disposal, ensuring everything's in working order, and keeping the area secure.
When it comes to the future development of these courtyards, possibilities include adding new amenities (playgrounds, fitness centers, community spaces), implementing sustainability initiatives (green roofs, rain gardens, renewable energy sources), and organizing events or workshops to fortify the community.
The renovated courtyard in the vibrant "Baykonyr" district has transformed into an ideal home-and-garden setting for the community, offering a modern lifestyle with new amenities. In the future, plans for the courtyard's development may include sustainable initiatives and community workshops, thereby enhancing the quality of life and fostering a close-knit neighborhood.
