Free Khabarovsk Workshop Teaches Growing Grapes for Wine and Juice in the Far East

A free workshop on growing grapes in the Far East will take place in Khabarovsk on December 20. The event, titled 'Universal and Wine-Grade Grapes for Juice and Homemade Wine: Best Varieties for the Far East', begins at 11:00 AM. Local gardener Vladimir Alikhanovich Zangiyev, with over 40 years of experience, will lead the session. The workshop will cover reliable grape varieties that ripen well in the region’s climate. Attendees will also learn the differences between table grapes and those used for processing into juice or wine. Winter vine care techniques will be part of the discussion. The workshop offers hands-on guidance for anyone growing grapes in the Far East. Participants will leave with knowledge on selecting, cultivating, and processing grapes for juice and wine. The session is open to all, with no cost to attend.
