Florence T. Frazer, a founding partner, brings over 25 years of expertise in public sector labour law. She has led negotiations for hundreds of collective bargaining agreements, establishing herself as a key figure in the field.
Laura A. Ferrugiari, a partner since 2005, specialises in election law and special education disputes. Her work includes representing clients in impartial hearings and appeals. Meanwhile, Christie R. Jacobson, who became a partner in 2018, handles cases involving student residency, homelessness, discipline, and transportation. The firm has also expanded its team in recent years. Genevieve E. Peeples joined the labour department, where she focuses on labour relations and collective bargaining. In 2021, Liza K.
