Four Seasons Launches Its First Ultra-Luxury Yacht in the Mediterranean
The first Four Seasons luxury yacht has set sail in the Mediterranean. Designed for high-end travellers, it marks the start of a new fleet aimed at establishing a permanent presence in the cruise market. The vessel left Malaga, Spain, following its construction at Italy's Fincantieri shipyard. The yacht accommodates 200 passengers across 95 suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private terrace. A one-to-one staff-to-guest ratio ensures personalised service throughout the voyage.
Key destinations on its itinerary include Saint-Tropez, the Greek islands, and the Adriatic coast. Onboard amenities feature a 66-foot swimming pool and a transverse marina for direct water access. The centrepiece of the vessel is the Funnel Suite, a four-storey residence with distortion-free glass designed to withstand mechanical stresses. Guests can also dine at Sedna, a signature restaurant where rotating chefs from Four Seasons hotels create bespoke menus. Three more yachts are planned by 2027, with confirmed routes extending to the Caribbean, Alaska, and the Seychelles. The first vessel, named *Four Seasons Yacht I*, is scheduled for full service by 2025.
The launch introduces a new standard in luxury cruising, combining exclusive suites with tailored hospitality. Future voyages will expand to global destinations, reinforcing Four Seasons' commitment to high-end maritime travel. The company's investment reflects growing demand for ultra-premium cruise experiences.
