Flow Fest 2025 transforms Gulshan-2 into a wellness and creativity hub
The Flow Fest 2025 kicked off today at Gulshan-2's Justice Shahabuddin Park, inviting all to embrace 'Wellness as a Collective Experience'. This free, open-to-all event runs daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm until Saturday.
Each morning begins with Park Run, sunrise yoga, breathwork, martial arts, and strength sessions led by both international coaches and local trainers. Live performances, including salsa, music, and comedy, along with children's activities like storytelling and Zumba, keep the energy high throughout the day.
Over 100 sessions are planned, featuring walkathons, yoga, martial arts, and meditation. Participants can also explore creativity through art labs, journaling workshops, and the Art + Soul Zone for mindful expression in painting, pottery, and crafts. The festival even includes the launch of author Sam Dalrymple's latest book, Shattered Lands, with a chance to meet the author.
Thirty food vendors are serving special vegetarian menus, while more than 150 brands showcase products ranging from food items and clothing to jewellery, Royal Enfield bikes, and Mercedes-Benz cars.
The Flow Fest 2025 offers a diverse range of activities, promoting wellness, creativity, and community engagement. With free entry and a packed schedule, it's an unmissable event for all in Gulshan-2.
