Florida RV SuperShow draws massive crowds with 1,300+ units on display
The Florida RV SuperShow is drawing crowds to the Florida State Fairgrounds this weekend. Over 1,300 RV units are on display, covering an area equal to 27 football fields. The five-day event has attracted more than 75,000 visitors so far.
The show offers something for every type of RV enthusiast. From compact trailers to luxury motorhomes, attendees can explore a wide variety of options. Organisers say the event is an easy way for people to learn about and shop for RVs in one place.
The RVing lifestyle continues to grow in popularity, especially among younger families. While the average age of RV owners has traditionally been higher, more households are now embracing the flexibility and freedom of travel that RVs provide. Industry figures show that over 11 million U.S. households currently own an RV.
Dave Kelly, executive director of the Florida RV Trade Association (FRVTA), oversees the event. He plans to retire in early 2026 after years of leading the organisation. This weekend marks the final opportunity for visitors to experience the SuperShow before it wraps up for the year.
The Florida RV SuperShow remains one of the largest gatherings for RV enthusiasts in the country. With thousands of units on display and tens of thousands of attendees, the event highlights the growing interest in recreational travel. For many, it’s a chance to explore new ways of hitting the road.
