### Behind the Scenes: - The exhibition was initiated by trainees at the State Vocational Training Center (SBBZ), who invited the workshop and support area employees at diakoniewerk e. V. to become "models for a day." - Melanie Panier, the women's representative and trustee at diakoniewerk e. V., played a significant role in the implementation of the exhibition. - The photographs in the exhibition showcase the work done by people with disabilities in areas such as clean professional clothing, maintenance of green spaces, and production of metal and wood parts. - The images were created in the workshops and support areas for people with disabilities at diakoniewerk e. V., with the participants themselves largely responsible for the exhibition's implementation, including the creation of the wooden frames in the woodworking shop. - Photographer Nicole Danz accompanied the project, providing empathetic and professional guidance, ensuring the subjects were portrayed with respect and authenticity.
