Disney’s New Finger Lakes Resort Blends Wellness, Dining and Adventure
A new full-service resort, Disney's Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton, has opened in the Finger Lakes region of New York. The resort sits on 100 acres near Skaneateles village, marking the area’s first resort of its kind. Operated by Hilton under its Curio Collection brand, the property blends wellness, dining, and outdoor activities in one location.
The resort offers 89 guest rooms, including family suites, alongside a game room and an indoor swimming pool. Outside, guests can enjoy a year-round heated pool kept at 90 degrees, as well as pickleball courts and a nine-hole executive putting green.
An adults-only spa features a Himalayan salt inhalation chamber, catering to relaxation seekers. The resort’s restaurant, seating over 100 people, focuses on farm-to-table dining with ingredients sourced from local farms. Locally owned and managed, the resort positions itself as a wellness and experience-driven destination. Its team is particularly optimistic about the popularity of new spa overnight packages, designed to attract both visitors and residents from the surrounding area.
The opening of Disney's Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa introduces a new hospitality option to the Finger Lakes. With its mix of recreational facilities, spa treatments, and locally inspired dining, the resort aims to become a year-round destination. The property’s combination of wellness and leisure activities sets it apart in the region.
