Contributing to the project aids in the construction of a new dwelling in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky
In the heart of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, a significant decision is being made as residents cast their votes for the city's urban improvement project. This initiative forms part of the federal project "Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment" (national project "Infrastructure for Life").
The project aims to enhance the city's appearance, and two options have been presented to the public for their consideration. The first option involves the creation of a green zone at house No. 1 on Kiridischeva Street, complete with pedestrian paths, lighting, benches, and trash cans. The second option focuses on a zone between the "Statupravlenie" bus stop and house No. 12 on Kronotskaya Street, where paths, benches, and trash cans are planned.
These options were selected through voting in 2018 and received the most support from residents during the spring 2024 voting. The voting process continues until June 12, 2023, and citizens aged 14 and above are eligible to participate.
It's worth noting that Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky has been participating in public territory voting for several years. Since 2017, more than 10 public spaces have been improved in the city as part of the federal project "Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment."
As of now, over nine thousand people have participated in the voting for the public territory improvement in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. For those who need assistance, volunteers at the "One Window" service located at 74/1 Leningradskaya Street are ready to help.
Voting can be done online through the "Gosuslugi" portal (https://pos.gosuslugi.ru/lkp/fkgs/home/) and the "Gosuslugi. Resolving Together" mobile app.
Unfortunately, the current status of the voting or the specific details about the leading option in this urban improvement project are not available at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available.
Residents are encouraged to maintain their outdoor-living lifestyle with the planned improvements to public spaces in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The green zone at house No. 1 on Kiridischeva Street or the zone between the "Statupravlenie" bus stop and house No. 12 on Kronotskaya Street could enhance home-and-garden vibes for the community, as these areas will consist of paths, benches, and trash cans. Frequent updates will be provided as the voting continues until June 12, 2023.
