"City Soundsounds" - Musical Event by Buddenbrooks in Church Zum Heilsbrunnen on September 27 - Literary Concert

Sibylle Bertsch, an actress trained at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart, and Cosmin Boeru, a pianist born in Craiova, Romania, have created a new adaptation of Thomas Mann's Nobel Prize-winning work "Buddenbrooks". The concert will feature excerpts that illustrate the impact and power of music in the novel, as music plays a significant role in the story, sparking various emotions within the Buddenbrook family.
Cosmin Boeru, who graduated with distinction from the Conservatorio B. Marcello in Venice in 1999 and teaches at the renowned Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne, has given several concerts and recitals in the framework of "Sounds of the City". His previous performances have been great successes.
Sibylle Bertsch, known for her versatile repertoire that includes classical roles, comedies, and musicals, will bring her acting prowess to this literary concert.
