Chargefox and bp pulse team up to expand Australia's EV charging network
Chargefox has teamed up with bp to expand electric vehicle (EV) charging options across Australia. The deal adds over 270 bp pulse charging plugs to the Chargefox network, giving drivers more places to power up. Both companies aim to make EV charging simpler and more accessible for users nationwide. The partnership allows Chargefox's 300,000-plus app users to access bp pulse chargers through their existing app or an RFID card. These chargers are located at bp convenience stores, where drivers can also grab coffee, snacks, or other essentials while their vehicle charges.
The expanded network covers metropolitan, regional, and rural areas, reducing concerns about finding a charger—especially for new EV owners or those on long trips. Chargefox has long focused on providing the widest charging coverage, and this deal reinforces its position as Australia's largest EV charging platform. With more chargers now available, EV drivers will have fewer worries about running out of power. The collaboration between Chargefox and bp pulse increases convenience and supports the growing number of electric vehicles on Australian roads. The move also aligns with Chargefox's goal of offering the most chargers to the most drivers.
