CA Immo's 'Skygreen' to Transform Kreuzberg Skyline with Sustainable Office Campus
CA Immo is transforming Kreuzberg's skyline with 'Skygreen', a new sustainably designed office campus set to rise on the site of the demolished Halleschen Ufer 74-76. Directly connected to the existing 'Grasblau' building, 'Skygreen' promises a CO2-neutral future and modern workspaces.
The demolition of the old administrative building is complete, paving the way for 'Skygreen'. This new campus will be operated CO2-neutral, emitting only half the usual CO2 values of comparable office buildings. CA Immo aims to achieve DGNB-Gold and WiredScore-Gold certification, ensuring top sustainability and connectivity standards.
At the heart of 'Skygreen' will be a light-flooded atrium, designed as a public meeting space. The building will offer bright, flexible workspaces and public seating areas, connecting modern work concepts with sustainability. The ground floor will house a variety of services, including a café, restaurant, and a fitness studio.
'Skygreen' will be constructed using hybrid wood construction methods, focusing on sustainable, healthy working environments. A photovoltaic system on the roof will support the building's operation, further reducing its environmental impact.
CA Immo's 'Skygreen' office campus is set to become a beacon of sustainability in Kreuzberg. Directly connected to 'Grasblau', it will offer a variety of services and modern workspaces in a CO2-neutral environment. The demolition is complete, and construction is eagerly awaited.
