One of the highlights of the campaign was the active participation of the Indian Army's 137 CETF BN (TA) 39 Gorkha Regiment, underscoring their undying dedication to environmental protection and symbolizing the spirit of shared responsibility.
The 'Bottles for Change' initiative not only collected more than 4.40 metric tonnes of plastic waste but also planted over 510 trees. These impressive feats were achieved through the concerted efforts of over 6,000 interns and volunteers, directly engaging more than 1,14,000 individuals. In total, 234 events were conducted, including 177 cleaning drives, 49 awareness sessions, and 8 creative competitions.
