BI Group's 30th Anniversary Transforms Kazakh Cities Through Massive Community Projects

BI Group, a prominent construction company in Kazakhstan, has celebrated its 30th anniversary with a series of community projects, dubbed the 30 Good Deeds initiative. This project aims to enhance living standards across the country, with a focus on Almaty, Shymkent, and Atyrau.

In Atyrau, the company invested 30 million tenge to upgrade urban infrastructure, including the reconstruction of the bus station façade. Another 20 million tenge went towards a new play hub and modern outdoor workout zones along the Ural River embankment.

Shymkent saw one of the largest projects—a 381 million tenge reconstruction of the Dendropark. Meanwhile, the Trails of Happiness project, with a 171 million tenge budget, improved mountain trails in both Shymkent and Almaty.

Beyond infrastructure, BI Group supports education and healthcare. The company funds scholarships for 125 high-potential students. Its Mumkindik project covered 325 high-tech surgeries for children, saving families around 4.9 billion tenge in medical costs. The Worthy Citizen of Kazakhstan contest also awarded over 100 million tenge last year to individuals making a positive impact.

Charity efforts included the BI Marathon, which raised 51 million tenge for the Uldyz Foundation, aiding children with special needs. In Almaty, the Zangylym Special School received 6 billion tenge for a safer and more comfortable learning environment.

The 30 Good Deeds initiative has so far concentrated on Almaty, Shymkent, and Atyrau. No information is available about similar projects in other Kazakh cities. The company's investments span urban upgrades, healthcare, education, and social support, with measurable financial contributions across each sector.
