Beverly Hills’ $5B luxury complex redefines opulence with a floating garden and elite hotel

One Beverly Hills, a nearly $5-billion luxury housing and hotel complex, is taking shape in the heart of California’s most exclusive neighbourhood. The development will feature a floating public garden, high-end condos, and one of the most expensive hotels in the country—all designed to blend into Beverly Hills’ reputation for opulence and refinement.

The centrepiece of the project is the Aman Beverly Hills, a 78-room, all-suite hotel surrounded by fewer than 200 ultra-luxury condos spread across two towers. With prices expected to rank among the highest in the US, the complex aims to attract affluent buyers and visitors seeking top-tier accommodations.

Once complete, One Beverly Hills will offer a mix of private luxury and public green space in one of the world’s most sought-after locations. The gardens, hotel, and residences are set to redefine high-end living in Beverly Hills while providing a new landmark for locals and visitors alike. The development’s blend of exclusivity and accessibility aims to leave a lasting mark on the city’s landscape.
