Berlin's Free Plastic Recycling Workshop Opens to All Ages on February 28

Precious Plastic Berlin is hosting a free Open House main event on February 28, 2026. The workshop invites families, adults, and children aged ten and older to explore plastic recycling. Attendees will get hands-on experience turning waste into new products.

The event runs from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the organisation's Berlin workshop. No registration is needed, and entry is free for all participants. The session focuses on teaching people how to identify different types of plastic and use small machines to craft their own items.

Precious Plastic Berlin encourages collaboration between children and adults in its workshops. Their mission centres on recycling plastic waste into useful products. While similar events have been held in other locations, such as Liechtenstein in May 2026, this Open House offers a local opportunity for Berlin residents to engage with sustainable practices.

The workshop provides a chance for attendees to learn about plastic recycling in a practical setting. By the end of the day, participants will leave with their own handmade creations. The event reflects the organisation's ongoing efforts to promote environmental awareness through community involvement.
