Berlin's Floating Pool Offers Swims with a Side of Iconic Skyline Views

Keeping with the tradition of the river swimming pools of the turn of the century, this ship functions as a floating public pool.

Anchored in Alt-Treptow, the Badeschiff - "bathing ship" in English - functions as an outdoor swimming pool floating on the Spree river. Visitors can take a dip in the water and catch views of some of Berlin's most famous sights, including the TV Tower, Molecule Man, and Oberbaum Bridge. In the summer, you can not only swim here but also enjoy a cool drink and electronic beats at the beach bar.
