Beloved Pennsylvania nurse Shirley A. Williams remembered at February funeral
Shirley A. Williams, a dedicated nurse and lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, passed away on January 25, 2026, at the age of 86. Her family will hold a funeral service to honor her life and contributions to healthcare in the region.
Born in Curwensville, Pennsylvania, Shirley was the daughter of Clifford and Elaine Daub. She later earned an associate's degree and worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), dedicating her career to caring for others.
A funeral service will take place at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory in Lititz, PA, on February 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM. A public viewing will be held beforehand, starting at 10:00 AM. Following the service, Shirley will be laid to rest at Conestoga Memorial Park.
Beyond her professional work, Shirley loved gardening and traveling, always eager to explore new places and cultures. She is survived by her son Kenneth A. Williams, 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce A. Williams, and two sons, Brian K. Williams and Barry S. Williams.
