Baked Delight: A Recipe for Spiced Pumpkin Pockets

Ingredients

- Cut into 4-inch circles.

- Crimp edges to seal.
- Chill and bake:
- Place pasties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
