Alexander Bulatov’s *Seasons* Exhibition Opens in Nizhny Novgorod

A new art exhibition titled Seasons has opened in Nizhny Novgorod’s Avtozavodsky District. The show features works by local painter Alexander Bulatov and is on display at the 36 Gvozdei exhibition space. Entry is free for all visitors.

The collection brings together over 20 paintings in watercolour, acrylic, and oil. Each piece reflects Bulatov’s varied techniques and artistic approach. The exhibition was curated by Ivan Petrov.

Born in Gorky in 1970, Bulatov trained at the icon-painting school of St. Nicholas Cathedral. He later studied mural painting at the Aaron O’Nore Academy. His career includes regular contributions to shows organised by the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Russian Artists’ Union and the Nizhny Novgorod State Art Museum. The exhibition will remain open until January 25. Opening times will change during the New Year holidays and weekends.

Visitors can explore Bulatov’s latest works without charge until late January. The show offers a chance to see his evolving style across different mediums. The 36 Gvozdei space continues to host exhibitions supporting local artists.
