Al Ain Zoo unveils extended Ramadan 2025 programme with nighttime adventures

Al Ain Zoo is rolling out a special programme for Ramadan 2025 visitors this year. The popular attraction, one of the largest zoos in the Middle East, will extend its hours and offer unique evening activities. Families can enjoy live music, traditional games, and themed entertainment alongside the zoo's usual wildlife experiences.

From February 28, the zoo will open daily from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Entry remains affordable, with adult tickets priced at Dh31.50, children aged 3–12 at Dh10.50, and free admission for under-3s. Visitors can explore over 4,000 animals, relax in outdoor majlis seating, and join pop-up encounters with birds and reptiles until late.

For those seeking adventure, the Ramadan 2025 Zoo Night Run takes place on February 28, offering 2.5km and 5km routes for beginners and amateur runners. The Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Center will also extend its hours, featuring interactive exhibits and night-time heritage projection shows.

Evening entertainment includes live oud and qanun performances, face painting, henna art, and animal-themed play areas. Traditional games will add to the festive atmosphere. Food options range from Zarafa Restaurant's chicken machboos to Oasis Café's luqaimat with hot chocolate for dessert.

For a more exclusive experience, guests can book a 45-minute private SUV safari tour, priced at Dh1,050 for up to six people.

The zoo's Ramadan 2025 programme blends wildlife discovery with cultural entertainment. Extended hours, themed activities, and traditional dining provide options for families and visitors throughout the holy month.
