Adler Trout Breeding Plant Dominates Russia's Aquaculture in 2025 with Record Growth
Adler Trout Breeding Plant JSC has strengthened its position as Russia's leading aquaculture enterprise in 2025. The Krasnodar-based facility expanded production, boosted biodiversity efforts, and earned industry recognition for its achievements. Its work now extends across 30 Russian regions and into neighbouring countries.
The plant marked 2025 with a major expansion, launching a new processing workshop capable of handling up to 10 tons monthly. This growth followed participation in the national Labor Productivity project and government support, helping the company enter fresh markets.
Caviar production rose significantly over the year. The facility also maintained its role as the sole Russian supplier of fingerlings and fertilised roe to fish farms in 30 regions and beyond. While exact figures on exports to neighbouring countries remain undisclosed, the plant's reach continues to grow.
Environmental efforts remained a priority. Over 300,000 endangered Black Sea salmon fry were released into the Mzymta River to revive local populations. Additionally, 4 tons of African catfish and 7 tons of carp were stocked into regional water bodies.
The company's success was further highlighted by awards at industry exhibitions, fairs, and conferences. Beyond business, employees organised 60 charitable events, attended by more than 1,500 guests during the year.
The 2025 results confirmed Adler Trout Breeding Plant's status as a national leader in aquaculture. Its expanded capacity, biodiversity initiatives, and market growth reflect both industry influence and community engagement. The plant's operations now support fish farming across Russia and into international markets.
