An Edwardian townhouse in Ealing, London, has been transformed into a modern family home by Atelier Baulier. The renovation blends sustainability with stylish design, creating a space that is both efficient and inviting. Homeowners Phoebe and Paul Sprinz now enjoy a home tailored to their family's needs.

The project, led by architect Céline Baulier, reimagined the original structure while keeping its character. Lime plaster and green clay bricks add rustic warmth, while pink-stained wooden cabinets in the kitchen introduce a playful touch. The materials feel natural and tactile, with a color scheme that flows smoothly from room to room.

The Sprinz family now lives in a home that is more comfortable, energy-efficient, and perfectly suited to daily life. The renovation proves that thoughtful design can merge sustainability with style. Every element, from the insulation to the roofline, works together to create a cohesive living space.
